    Important to support young people as well as our ageing population in Dorset.

    Developing an Age Friendly area will have huge benefits for our older population, whilst also maximising the economic and social contribution of older people to our area. This really is a "win win".

    Too much narrative on 'old people' and those living in deprived areas yet Dorset supports a diverse range of people, has a great environment and needs a much better and positive narrative so that more people feel proud to live/work in Dorset - one of the best places in the UK.

    I live in a small village with no public transport. Everything is accessed by car. If running daily buses is too expensive then there needs to be an alternative: local vetted car sharing app / a shopping once week bus / a going out bus for teenagers, etc. A transportation service that will help people of all ages to be less physically isolated.

    The closure of QE Leisure Centre has impacted all age groups in the area. Keeping everyone active is so important for physical and mental well-being. reducing the impact on the NHS

    This priority as it stands is meaningless. How do you make a County friendly? Whoever came up with this jargon must surely have had some idea of what they meant!
    This should be about how the Council can support people of any age to achieve their desired potential, be treated with respect and receive the services they need to live as positive a life as possible. That's a huge challenge!!
