Parkrun!

Dorset needs more parkruns this is to encourage exercise and reduce travel getting to the few around. 

Parkrun is free to do and encourages people of all ages and abilities to run and walk! It brings people together as their are volunteers roles too. 

Lots of GP surgeries also endorse parkrun
