Affordable activities for all

What Weymouth and the local area is lacking is a place for people to go especially during the Winter. A multi activity centre could incorporate things like swimming (with flames etc.), skating/bike park, soft play, climbing, bowling etc. Just stuff to do to suit lots of requirements.

Any new developments should be sensive to the environment and climate and incorporate green and efficient enenergy supplies. Green spaces outside to encourage nature.
