Enclosed dog park

An enclosed dog park (similar to the one in Preston), for dogs to be able to socialise and play safely.

Why the contribution is important

There's lots of good places for dog walkers but somewhere enclosed would be great.

One you can book out to use individually at certain types of day for anxious dogs would be great
