Affordable housing, Kings Stag

Kings Stag is in need of a higher proportion of younger residents, preferably with young children. There are many infill sites where clusters of affordable houses could be built but the Parish Council would always block it. 

Villages must have younger residents to stop the population's average age getting higher and higher. 

There is currently nothing being done to attract new lifeblood, indeed the opposite seems to be the objective of the Parish and District Councils.
