Community land trust housing projects

Dorset council should be pushing every town and parish council to proactively look at building community land trust housing

If more clt projects were started and completed both rural and town areas would benefit from communities having homes built where they are most needed.

An easy win for the council as the parish do most of the work and a housing assosiation take control of the houses.

Built with restrictions to ensure only persons meeting a local criteria are prioroised.

Dorset has quite a few of these projects completed and as i have seen they work 

Small clt project are vital to build small amounts of housing especially in rural areas which areso vital for the rural comminuties to ensure local people can live in these areas.
