Funding for low carbon projects

Financial companies such as Ethex (https://www.ethex.org.uk/) and Abundance (https://www.abundanceinvestment.com/) are providing platforms to invest in community projects around the UK.  It is notable that Dorset Council does not appear to be taking this opportunity for investment by the wider community into projects that will make a difference.

Investment in projects that deliver low carbon solutions and affordable, high quality homes is critical if the county is to reach its net zero target.  Communities using available financial platforms can provide the essential investment in delivering local environmental and social projects.
