Better childcare provision/after school clubs to allow women to work

It is well documented in Dorset census data that there are many (thousands) of highly qualified women who are out of work because of their caring responsibilities - if Dorset is able to provide better access to childcare - more after school clubs, more nurseries, better holiday camps - then those women who do want to keep working will be able to.
