Check funding for charities that say they cover all of Dorset
I am finding that a lot of charitable organisations that are supposed to help people and say they are county wide [redacted] in fact only benefit those in certain areas such as Dorchester or even Bournemouth. I think the council should ensure that anyone claiming to help people county wide actually DOES provide that help. I live in North Dorset and we lose out on so much up here.
Why the contribution is important
Because organisations receive funding paid for by ALL of Dorset's residents (via our council tax) then only help in the areas where they choose.
