Cycle and Pedestrian Path from Burton Bradstock to Bridport

a new pathway for cyclists and pedestrians connecting Burton Bradstock to Bridport.

It is impossible to walk or cycle safely from Burton Bradstock to Bridport and vice versa.  The road is narrow, unlit and is unsafe for those not in vehicles.  There is no alternative, outside of the hours covered by public transport, for travelling between the two areas without walking or cycling on the road.  With the continued erosion of the South West Coast path and the need for this to be diverted, this could be an ideal time to consider options.  

This initiative would support tourism, local people, schools and promote a healthy alternative to car transport.
