Set up the Dorset Skills Agenda with a program across DWP, Colleges, Universities with boot camps that meet shortages in skills in sectors. Like Care sector all staff to be trained to a Level 2 and Level 3

Why the contribution is important

Economy's grow when young people have skills and support to grow. 
When we have people trained for sectors allowing growth.

Schools identify at year 9 those students who will struggle with GCSEs and giving schools funding to provide vocational education and intensive support from Careers.
